All Our Homeschool Teachers & Homeschool Assistants Have:
- A Clear Criminal Record
- Their own roadworthy car with seatbelts in the back
- A valid Drivers License
- Experience and qualifications relevant to the position and salary on offer
- Passed a formal, stringent in-depth interview with us
- Passed a Psychometric test indicating they are well-suited to working in this industry
- Passed Reference Checks
- Passed Social Media Screening Checks – where possible
The Process
- Complete the Form below which gives us all the information we need to assist you
- Receive & review pre-screened CVs of candidates who match your requirements, taking your brief into account
- Interview candidates
- Hire a candidate of your choosing
- We facilitate the agreement regarding the terms of employment
- Payment of the Placement Fee
- Candidate commences employment
- Post placement support when needed
- Agency guarantee – if the placement does not work out for any reason whatsoever, during the first 4 months of employment, we will replace the candidate at no additional charge
Please note the following:
- We only enlist 30% of the candidates whom we interview
- The process is free up to the point of placement
- There is NO limit in terms of the number of CVs that we send to you
- We do NOT charge you per CV that we send to you
- All our contracts of employment have a 3 month probationary period
- The family pays a monthly salary to the candidate directly – we do not pay the salary
- We have been in business since 2005 – 21 YEARS!
