Enrollment Form for Course(s)
In order to enroll with Little Sunshines Academy for any of our courses you need to please complete the short enrollment form BELOW for the course(s) you wish to do.
Once you complete the form, and press SUBMIT below, the website will take you to a page detailing our banking details so that you can make payment for the course(s) you wish to do.
We will only activate your enrollment once we receive the enrollment form below and the proof of payment.
Payment Methods:
Please note you can do cell phone banking, an EFT, a direct deposit at a bank or you can pay via Debit Card or Credit Card. Once you complete the enrollment form below and press submit you will automatically be taken to a page with all our banking details and other options for payment.

Once you press SUBMIT below please make sure that you wait for the website to take you to the next page, which may take about 5 seconds. The next page has our banking details and ALL other payment method options, such as paying by credit/debit card depending on which payment method you wish to use.
