At Little Sunshines Agency, we ensure to do the following checks on all our candidates:
- Reference Checks – a minimum of 2 references
- Criminal Checks
- the actual police clearance certificate must be submitted by the employee during the first 3 months of employment for their records
- Validity of their Drivers License – where applicable
- Validity of their Qualifications – where applicable
We also conduct the following on all our candidates:
- Face-to-face interviews
- First aid test
- the first aid certificate must be submitted by the employee during the first 6 weeks of employment
- Child care test – where applicable
- Computer literacy test
- Psychometric test – where applicable
Therefore in the event that we send a CV of a candidate, the candidate has met our candidate check criteria and they have passed. We will never send a candidate to a client that has not met all our criteria.
