Below are our agency requirements. These agency requirements are ESSENTIAL due to what our families require and what they expect of us in terms of the candidates that we put forward.
ALL of our positions require the following:
- Own roadworthy car with seat belts in the back – this WILL be checked
- Valid drivers license – this WILL be checked
- No criminal record – this WILL be checked
- That you are 18 years or older
- That you have passed Grade 12 – this WILL be checked
MANY of our positions require the following including the ABOVE:
- A minimum of 1 year experience having worked with children – working for friends and family does not qualify
- Contactable references – working for friends and family does not qualify
- English or Afrikaans as a 1st Language
FREQUENT QUESTIONS about our agency requirements:
- We do place candidates who do not have experience with children however this is not very common
- We place candidates aged 19 to 45
- We do place males and females though most families request females
