In my experience Little Sunshine Au Pair agency will always be there looking after you as a family, Au Pair etc. 9 Years with Little Sunshine has been a gift and I would personally recommend them to anyone. They offer the best service with both parties, (Family and Au Pair’s) best interests at heart. The whole team is truly Amazing and I am thankful for all they do. You can not go wrong working through the agency!

Little Sunshine is by far the best agency I have used. They always have your best interest at heart. The registration process is quite long, but it is worth every second. The interviewer is professional and patient. Vashni, who is the go-to-person when applying for jobs is very efficient with submitting CVs and replying to emails. If your application is rejected they always provide you with a reason. All the staff is effective, well-organised, supportive and kind. Within a month of joining the agency I have been offered a position which matches my qualifications and skills. I highly recommend their services.

It look less than 1 hour to have a Zoom meeting with one of the agents send in all my documents and get me registered as apart of the Agency. Within 1 week I was sent listings and I applied to a few, days later I was called in to meet a family and I got the job. All the staff at Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency were always helpful and so kind to me. I just referred my best friend to the Agency as well because of how Professional they are. When I arrived for my interview I was immediately impressed. Little Sunshines gave me an “Au Pair Guidelines” pack which had a whole bunch of information regarding what to expect as an au pair, how salaries are calculated, useful numbers in case of emergency and so much more. They were the only agency that did this and it showed to me that they really cared. During the interview process they also asked me about the type of family that I wouldn’t want to work for so again it showed that they were interested in placing me in a family that I clicked with and not just one that matched my specifications. I heard about Little Sunshines Agency through a friend of mine who found a position through them, and I chose to contact them as a result. During the time that I dealt with them I found them to be professional, caring and informative – different to the other agencies around Johannesburg. It took them 2 weeks to place me, whereas the other 2 agencies that I had registered with had yet to phone me for an interview. I was also impressed with the contract of employment that they gave us to use as it left little room for misinterpretation.
