The Process

1. Simply complete the form BELOW (scroll down)
2. Within 24 hours of receipt of your form we will send you a WhatsApp confirming receipt thereof as well as ask you any questions in relation to your form / brief.
3. We will advertise your position to our database of more than 26 000 candidates and send CVs to you, of candidates who match your requirements, as and when they become available – usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on the nature and complexity of your requirements.
4. Upon receipt of CVs please let us know which candidates you wish to interview and we will arrange the interviews taking your available dates and times into account
   1. You can interview them in-person or online (it is YOUR choice)
5. After the interviews we will contact both the client and the candidates for feedback
6. We continue the above process until you are happy to employ a candidate that is the right fit for you and for your family
7. Should the client wish to offer employment we will facilitate the agreement regarding the terms of employment
8. Once there is confirmation of the basic terms of employment, from both sides, we will send out the Letter of Appointment & Acceptance indicating the basic terms of employment etc.
   1. All placements have a 3 month probationary period in the contract of employment
9. Once the Letter of Appointment & Acceptance has been sent to BOTH parties, we will send the placement fee invoice to the client
10. Payment of the placement fee is required within 3 days from date of invoice
    1. We charge a once-off, market related, placement fee
11. There is a 4 month agency guarantee in place that if the candidate/family does not work out for any reason whatsoever, during the first 4 months of employment, we will replace the candidate at no additional charge
    1. If the placement fee is R15 000 or more then there is a 6 month agency guarantee in place
12. We provide continued post placement support in terms of queries and so on

Please note the following:

• We will continue to work on your position until we have assisted you with placement thereof otherwise until you have informed us that you no longer require a candidate
• There is NO limit to the number of CVs that we send to you
• We do NOT charge you per CV that we send to you
• We do NOT send a barrage of CVs, we rather seek to match candidates and clients, taking the brief into account, thereby easing the workload on the client as this is our job as the agency.
