Little Sunshines Agency was established in 2005 (13 years ago) and has since grown to be a leading agency, placing high quality, reliable and experienced candidates in and around the Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria areas.

Initially we started out as an au pair agency, however over the years, owing to our professional and dedicated service to our clients, we have grown in the industry as well as branched out. To date we have assisted more than 8 000 clients in homes, schools and companies.  Most of our business is referral based due to our reputation, which has been built on servicing our clients with dedication and professionalism, and providing stellar candidates. Our candidates go through a stringent interview process and formal candidate checks are carried out. They also undergo tests during the interview process to establish overall knowledge and capability. We therefore feel confident in stating that as we are so strict with our candidates, we have the cream of the crop to offer our clients.
